If you have an account with a carrier we can have the carrier bill you direct and you will only receive a billing for the actual material costs.

Payment terms:

Credit Card Accounts: There is no minimum order required. You may pay by American Express, Visa, MasterCard, or Discover Card.
Online Payment:  EDCOR also accepts online payment and e-checks payment through Paypal.com. There is no minimum order required.
Open Accounts: EDCOR Electronics also have open account billing on approval. Payment terms net 30 days from invoice date. There is a $50.00 minimum billing per order and a $100.00 release on scheduled orders. Please call accounting at 800-854-0259 for additional information or to set up an open account. Resale Accounts: To qualify for resale pricing you must have a current resale certificate on file at EDCOR Electronics.
Export Sales: Any sales outside the US must be paid with a verified Paypal account or by bank wire transfer before manufacturing or shipping of any product.

Shipping Methods:

Orders will be shipped UPS ground unless otherwise specified. For order that are palletized for truck shipping, there may be subjected to additional palate charge.

 

Shipping Damage Claims:

Claims for damaged shipment must be filed with the carrier.

 

Repairs:

All repairs or servicing of EDCOR sound products must have a RA (Return Authorization) number and be accompanied by a completed Return/Service form. Call 800-854-0259 to obtain a RA number.
